As a Registered Professional Counsellor Candidate (RPC-C) with the Canadian Professional Counsellors Association (CPCA), I am committed to providing high-quality, compassionate care to all my clients. Being an RPC-C means that I am continuing to refine my skills under the guidance of a highly experienced supervisor. This ensures that I am always held to the highest standards of practice and my work is supported by ongoing professional oversight, including sharing of de-identified information and case notes during sessions with my supervisor. Crisis Support
*Please note that my services are not appropriate for clients experiencing severe mental health crises or exhibiting symptoms such as paranoia, mania, hallucinations, or any other acute psychiatric condition.
If you require crisis or psychiatric support:
- If you are in need of immediate help, call 9-1-1
- If you are experiencing feelings of distress or despair, including thoughts of suicide, call or text 9-8-8
- If you need information and resources specific to psychiatric conditions such as bipolar, schizophrenia, or addiction, call 310-6789 (NO AREA CODE)
- If you need culturally-aware crisis support for Indigenous peoples in BC, call KUU-US Crisis Response Service at 1-800-588-8717

Pricing and Payment
- Individual Counselling (50 minutes): $105
- Relationship Counselling and Coaching (80 minutes): $195
Payment is collected through your stored credit card on the Jane App which is fully HIPAA, PIPEDA, and GDPR-compliant
Insurance
There are a number of third-party insurers in Canada that may provide coverage or partial coverage for Registered Professional Counselling (RPC-C) services. It is the client’s responsibility to check with their own private insurer and to submit their receipts for reimbursement.
