As a relationship counsellor and coach, my approach is deeply integrative, blending the insightful strategies of the Gottman Method, systems theory, and emotion-focused therapy with the developmental insights of Bader and Pearson, as well as the dynamic perspectives on relationships from Esther Perel and Martha Kauppi.

I emphasize the importance of understanding each partner's emotional landscape and the partner's shared history, while also exploring the impact of external systems and developmental stages on their relationship. My sessions are enriched with somatic and embodiment practices, fostering a deeper connection to bodily experiences and mindfulness, crucial for addressing stored trauma and stress. This trauma-informed approach ensures a safe and supportive environment, allowing partners to navigate their challenges with empathy and understanding.
