Looking to feel more connected, even in stressful times?

Join us for an interactive workshop designed to help couples break out of unhelpful patterns, manage conflict with more ease, and strengthen their relationship through connection, communication, and shared experiences.

What to Expect

In this two-hour workshop, you’ll:

  • Learn how stress affects connection and how to recognise when it’s time to hit pause on problem-solving.
  • Explore regulation practices you can use solo or together to calm your nervous system, reset, and reconnect.
  • Experience the power of movement and touch through a guided Couples Yoga practice designed to foster connection, playfulness, and trust.
  • Practice real-time tools for co-regulation and repair, all tailored to your relationship’s unique rhythm.

This is a safe, low-pressure space where you and your partner can experiment with these skills and leave feeling more connected and empowered. No prior experience is needed—just a willingness to explore together!

Who Is This For?

This workshop is for couples who want to:

  • Build deeper connection and trust
  • Learn practical, body-based tools for managing stress
  • Improve communication through movement and touch
  • Have fun while strengthening their relationship!

Come curious and leave connected.
